Investment plan for 20 months. Client pays 5 lakhs and gets a 200 sq yard plot as a security towards his investment.

Upon investing 5 lakhs, the client gets

1) 25000 every month upto 20 months executed with an MOU registered

2) Plot gets registered in clients name

3) After 20 months client gets additional 5 lakhs and the plot will be taken back by the Company

4) Overall the client gets 5 lakhs + 5 lakhs at the end of 20 months for his investment of 5 lakhs.
